PG电子APP has not always been a college. Instead, we began in 1888 as a school of nursing—the first in the state of Nebraska. PG电子APP provides a variety of professional learning opportunities and health care courses. 我们的基本生命保障, Medication and Nurse Aide courses can help individuals getting certified for the first time or needing renewal. These programs are either online or on campus with ongoing offerings year-round.

Professional Development

The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) recently announced changes to the requirements post-primary certificate candidates must meet prior to registering for their certification exam. All candidates must now complete 16 hours of structured education relevant to their area of interest (see modalities listed below). Upon successful completion of this requirement, candidates must sit for their board examination(s) within a 24-month period.

What Qualifies As Structured 教育?

Structured education can be in the form of either RCEEM-approved continuing education activities or ARRT-approved academic courses. At least one continuing education credit or its equivalent of structured education in each certification content category is required.

What Is the Purpose of the New Requirements?

The rationale for creating three-credit hour courses was to meet the content specification for each post-primary certification. 这种方式, students are not confined to one section but all sections to allow them to be more successful on their board exams.
